Travel Grants

A limited number of travel grants are available for participants submitting an abstract as presenting author. The applicants should be early stage researchers (less than 10 years after obtaining the PhD diploma).

Applicants must first submit their abstract online. After doing so please select “Grant” from the left side menu of the registration database, fill in and submit the form to apply for the grant. In addition, the following documentation must be submitted:

• a letter from the applicant’s supervisor written on institution letterhead confirming the applicant’s status and supporting the applicant’s travel grant request. (should be sent separately by email)
• A motivation letter from the applicant (should be pasted in the text box during the application)

Grant requests without proper documentation, and lack of abstract submission will not be considered. Applications received after 31^th July 2016 will not be considered. Online facility for grant application will also be closed on that date.
