Invitation

We are delighted to announce that the next FEBS Advanced Lecture Course: Danube Conference on Epigenetics will be held between 18-21 October, 2022 in-person event as usual in Budapest, Hungary. Following the success of the previous Danube Epigenetic Conferences we had to cancel the 2020 event. However it was transformed to the first ever FEBS webinar series with over 600 participants (2020-2021), and are glad to welcome you all in Budapest. The health and safety of our attendees is the number one priority, thus we will continuously monitor the pandemic situation and keep all of you informed as best as possible.

The conference is organized by Tamás Arányi (RCNS / Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary), Petra Hajkova (MRC London Institute of Medical Sciences, London, UK), J. Andrew Pospisilik (Van Andel Research Institute, MI, USA), Orsolya Symmons (Max Planck Institute for Biology of Ageing, Cologne, Germany), Lóránt Székvölgyi (University of Debrecen, Debrecen, Hungary), and Laszlo Tora (IGBMC, Strasbourg, France).

Our main objectives of the meeting are to bring scientists from the fields of epigenetics together and promote intensive interdisciplinary interactions facilitated by the medium size and format ot the meeting. Therefore, the conference program is focused of the networking opportunities. We expect to have 150 participants including 20 outstanding invited lecturers. We aim to give chance for introduction of our attendees by selecting short talks from the submitted abstracts.
